Post a role that is actually compliant.

Ontario changed what a job posting has to say. Our form asks the questions the legislation asks, scores your draft as you write it, and cites the rule behind every requirement.

Compliance built into the form

Pay disclosure, AI screening, vacancy status and Canadian experience are checked as you type. You see the gaps before you publish, not after a complaint.

Candidates who already accept the arrangement

Every listing states its hiring model — employee, contractor, or employer of record — on the card. People who apply have already decided it works for them.

The 45-day clock, tracked for you

Ontario requires interviewed applicants to hear an outcome within 45 days. Your dashboard warns you before the deadline, and records the notice when you give it.

Records kept for 3 years

Postings and applicant correspondence are retained for the period the legislation requires, without you having to build anything.

What it costs

Posting is free while we build the board out. When that changes we will say so clearly and in advance, and anything already live stays live for its full run.
