Answer support tickets across email and chat for our Canadian customer base.

Day to day

Handle roughly 40 conversations a day across email and live chat
Write up recurring problems so engineering can fix the cause
Keep the help centre current

What helps

Prior support experience in a software company
Clear written English; French is an asset
